The Goldstein Group Appointed ‘Exclusive Agent’ to Over Twenty Properties throughout NJ & NY

President Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group, the leading provider of retail real estate brokerage services in New Jersey, announced today the firm has recently been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for over 20 properties throughout New Jersey.

In Paramus, The Goldstein Group was appointed the leasing assignment for the former Staples at 60 Route 17 North. The property currently has 25,000 SF available and co-tenants of this location include DSW and Petsmart. It’s shadow anchored by the Westfield Garden State Plaza mall and BJ’s Wholesale Club. This is a prime retail site with excellent highway exposure from Route 17 and has a daily traffic count of over 157,000 vehicles. President, Chuck Lanyard, and Sales Associate, Eric Wallis, are handling the property.

In Old Bridge, The Goldstein Group has been assigned to handle the 500,000 sf retail center at The Oaks at Glenwood, located at the corner of Route 9 South and Schulmeister Road. The mixed-use development site is situated on 2,400 acres and will have over 1,300 residential units with an occupancy date projected for the summer of 2017. Pad sites, Anchors and Junior Anchor positions are all available. A new 80,000 sf supermarket will be an anchor tenant and a second major anchor will soon be announced. In East Rutherford, The Goldstein Group was appointed to handle the leasing of Rutherford Commons, a 163,573 sf Neighborhood Center on Route 17. The property currently has a 4,000 SF pad site available and is anchored by Lowe’s. Executive Vice President, Lew Finkelstein, Vice President, CJ Huter, are the brokers involved in the property.

In Newton, The Goldstein Group was appointed to lease Hampton Plaza, a 138,000 sf Neighborhood Center located on Hampton House Road. Up to 15,000 sf is available and is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond and Staples. This prime retail site is located on Route 206. Executive Vice President, Lew Finkelstein, Vice President, CJ Huter, and Sales Associate, Roy Paret, are representing the owner.

In Flanders, The Goldstein Group is representing Sutton Plaza, a 63,500 sf Neighborhood Center on Route 206. The property is anchored by Weis Supermarket. The site has abundant parking and convenient access to Route 80. Vice President, CJ Huter, and Executive Vice President, Lew Finkelstein, are representing the owner.

In Ocean Township, The Goldstein Group is now handling a new mixed-use development located in the heart of the busy retail corridor of Route 35.
