FDU Rothman Institute Partners with Small Business Pro University

The Rothman Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Fairleigh Dickinson University has joined with the newly launched Small Business Pro University, an online learning portal for small business owners. The two educational arms are introducing a pair of certificate programs developed to help small business owners go from startup to scaling their companies. The programs are based on the Masterpreneur™ Playbook, a 5-Step business growth plan and proprietary method developed by SBProU founder Andrew Frazier.

Frazier is the author of the book Running Your Small Business Like a Pro and has taught courses for several institutions and organizations. He is a former US Navy officer and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, an MBA from NYU and a CFA designation.

“The certificate programs are a complete support system designed to grow your business, especially in challenging times,” notes Frazier. “They consist of self-paced, multi-media, interactive learning experiences provided in bite-sized modules for busy startup entrepreneurs and established business owners with tight schedules.”

The partnership between the Rothman Institute and the SBPro University will debut with the launch of two new certificate programs—a three-month Small Business Pro program focused on taking the entrepreneur from startup to working in his or her business, and a 12-month Masterpreneur™ Certificate Program for experienced entrepreneurs, taking them from working in their business to scaling their business. The programs also include group activities, virtual networking events and individual coaching.

Dr. Dale Caldwell, executive director of FDU’s Rothman Institute added, “We are pleased to be able to expand our offerings and services to the entrepreneurial community—especially during these challenging times. The Small Business Pro University’s certificate programs are a great adjunct to our existing courses and business advisory services.”

A series of virtual open houses will detail the certificate programs. To learn more, visit: www.SBProUcerts.com
