Experiential Marketing Company Signs Lease at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Norwood Industrial Portfolio

Dimensional Communications Inc., a full-service experiential marketing company, signs a lease for 21,000 square feet at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ industrial complex in Norwood. The lease signing expands the Mahwah-based marketing firm’s Bergen County presence.

The transaction was negotiated by the brokerage team at NAI James E. Hanson on behalf of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. The six-building Norwood industrial portfolio is located at 335, 355, 375 and 385 Chestnut Street, and 10 and 50 Maple Street. Dimensional Communications will use its space at 335 Chestnut Street as a warehousing facility.

Dimensional Communications previously was a long-time tenant at another one of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ properties, according to Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises vice-president/director of leasing and marketing. “This lease signing is particularly gratifying because it demonstrates our commitment to building long-term relationships with high-caliber companies, and reinforces the Norwood portfolio’s standing as a premier industrial environment in Bergen County. We look forward to serving Dimensional Communications’ real estate needs for the foreseeable future,” he said.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Norwood industrial portfolio is located near The Palisades Interstate Parkway, Route 9W, the New York State Thruway, and George Washington and Tappan Zee bridges. Property upgrades include new office windows, new front awnings and loading dock improvements. Ceiling heights range from 16 to 18 feet, and buildings offer abundant on-site parking.

Space availabilities at the Norwood portfolio range from 20,400 to 49,900 square feet.

“The Norwood property is well located and provides high-quality warehouse space to support our business operations,” said Robert M. Galbraith, a partner at Dimensional Communications Inc. “We have leased space from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the past, and the company’s hands-on approach to property ownership and management were added benefits to us.”
