Elizabethtown Gas Ranks No. 1 for Customer Satisfaction by J.D. Power

Elizabethtown Gas ranked highest in Customer Satisfaction with Residential Natural Gas Service in the East among midsize utilities in the J.D. Power 2024 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study for the 10th year in a row.

Elizabethtown Gas ranked #1 and South Jersey Gas ranked #2. Elizabethtown Gas earned #1 in the following study factors: Safety & Reliability; Billing & Payment; Price; Corporate Citizenship; Communications.
