Hackensack-based Eastern DataComm is now offering an additional suite of cloud communications, collaboration and contact center solutions for their client base. 8×8, Inc., a leading provider of truly unified cloud communications, now joins Eastern DataComm’s technology product line.

Most notable for Eastern DataComm clients is 8×8’s industry-leading, easy-to-manage, cloud-based communications, collaboration, and contact center platform, which includes voice, video, messaging, mobile app and more, and captures data analytics on every interaction.
