Dual 64-story Towers in Jersey City Prepare for Pre-leasing

Kushner has selected Manhattan-based The Marketing Directors as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for The Journal, the mixed-use development in Jersey City’s Journal Square. The project, which is slated to begin pre-leasing in early 2025, features two 64-story towers that are now topped out and poised to redefine the neighborhood’s skyline.

The nearly $1 billion development will consist of more than 2 million square feet of space, including 1,723 rental residences and 45,000 square feet of upscale amenities. The project’s 40,000 square feet of ground-floor retail has been leased by Target. Prominently positioned adjacent to the Journal Square PATH station, The Journal will provide easy access to Manhattan and beyond, while residents will enjoy sweeping views of the Hudson River, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and the Manhattan skyline.

In preparation for the pre-leasing launch, Kushner has unveiled a teaser website at www.journaljc.com where prospective residents can register for exclusive updates and be among the first to be contacted.

Designed by the global architectural firm Woods Bagot, amenities at The Journal will encompass a wide array of health, wellness, and recreational options, including an Olympic-size indoor pool, whirlpool spa, sauna, steam rooms, bowling alley, golf simulator, and multiple lounges. The property will also feature dedicated co-working spaces, a chef’s kitchen, and a children’s club, while a state-of-the-art fitness center will offer yoga and spin rooms, a full-size indoor basketball court, a rock-climbing wall, and squash courts. Rooftop terraces and an outdoor pool with whirlpool will provide outdoor spaces and breathtaking views. The amenity offerings will also include a full-service lifestyle concierge.
