Dresdner Robin Relocates Jersey City Headquarters to 30 Montgomery

Jersey City-based Dresdner Robin, a land-use consultancy firm specializing in urban and suburban design and development, has moved its headquarters to 30 Montgomery, a Class A tower located in the heart of the waterfront and Exchange Place district. The relocation represents Dresdner Robin’s continued commitment to being centrally located to its customer base, which is primarily spread throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Metro Philadelphia.

The new office offers Dresdner Robin employees with additional conference/meeting areas and accessibility to street-level retailers, an onsite garage, renovated common areas and more. Surrounded by ideal infrastructure, the office has direct access to the Exchange Place PATH Station and light rail, and is minutes away from Newark International Airport.

Founded in 1978, Dresdner Robin’s first office was just minutes away from Montgomery Street in Jersey City. Since then, the firm has made moves within Jersey City to the Powerhouse Arts District and Evertrust Plaza; as well as expanding with additional satellite offices in Fairfield and Cherry Hill, which are still operational.
