Downtown Jersey City Home to New Scarinci Hollenbeck Office

The law offices of Scarinci Hollenbeck, a full service, regional business law firm in the New York and New Jersey area, is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Jersey City. The office will be the Firm’s fifth location, joining existing locations in New York, Washington, D.C., Lyndhurst and Ocean Township.

Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Jersey City location will service the law firms’ commercial and real estate development clients.  It will showcase the depth of the law firm’s practice in environmental law, real estate finance, and land use.

“Our intention is to bring together all of the legal services that a developer might need, including commercial leasing, construction contracting, environmental cleanup, and even litigation,” said Kenneth J. Hollenbeck, managing partner of Scarinci Hollenbeck. “In addition, we will offer business clients the full services of a strong, regional law firm with support in tax, labor & employment law, and mergers and acquisitions, as clients choose to relocate or open facilities in Jersey City.”

“Jersey City is experiencing an urban renaissance,” said Donald Scarinci, managing and resident partner in the Jersey City office.

“All of the land that helped spur the industrial revolution is now being transformed into a hub for new businesses and modern residences.  Office buildings, retail facilities, and entire neighborhoods are now being built in areas that were once vacant brownfields properties or decaying structures,” added Scarinci.

He also noted, “The partners of Scarinci Hollenbeck are pleased to work closely with Jersey City officials and the business community to provide new and better housing for its people and to restore economic vitality to the City.”

In addition to Donald Scarinci, Donald M. Pepe will be a resident partner in the Jersey City office.  The firm will provide legal support for the City as well as the rest of Hudson County from this central location.
