Denholtz Associates, a privately held, fully integrated real estate development, investment and management company, announced that it has signed leases with 15 companies for 39,987-square-feet of office space throughout 2018 in the Oak Tree Business Center at 900-910 Oak Tree Road in South Plainfield.
Denholtz Associates’ recent continued strong leasing activity at the Oak Tree Business Center through the first eight months of 2018 was capped off with two leases at 910 Oak Tree Road. Bluestone Communications, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hatzel & Buehler, Inc. that provides diversified telecommunications installation and maintenance services, leased 7,425-square-feet and Continental Fire & Safety Services, LLC, a fire, safety and suppression equipment and services provider, renewed its lease for 7,275-square-feet.
These leases highlight the unique adaptability of the 140,000-square-foot, six-building Oak Tree Business Center. Denholtz Associates recently completed a renovation project at the property that included new paint and fixtures throughout the common areas of the building that will ensure the building remains a top destination in Middlesex County for a wide variety of businesses. In addition to highly flexible office space, the Center also boasts a convenient location with access to Routes 22 and 27, Interstates 78 and 287 as well as the Garden State Parkway. Additionally, Newark Liberty International Airport is less than 30 minutes away and the property is within a short drive of an abundance of restaurants, banks, hotels and conveniences.
“We have always taken great pride in creating office and medical spaces that allow New Jersey’s small businesses to find homes where they can successfully operate and grow their businesses,” said Christina Jordan, director of leasing at Denholtz Associates. “Our focus on creating attractive spaces and providing superior tenant service enables us to maintain high occupancy throughout our portfolio and meet the space needs of a wide range of small businesses.”
Jaime Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented Denholtz Associates in the transactions.
