Denholtz Associates, a privately held, fully integrated real estate development, investment and management company, has signed a 32,710-square-foot lease with Zeikos Inc., at Brunswick Business Park in Piscataway. Zeikos, a leading consumer electronics company headquartered in New York, provides a full line of consumer electronic products that incorporate unique styling, high quality, and new technology at affordable prices.
Located on the I-287 corridor near Fortune 500 companies, Rutgers University and an abundance of local amenities, Brunswick Business Park has 22-foot ceilings, four tailboard loading docks, wide bays and ample parking.

Meanwhile, Denholtz Associates also leased 11,500-square-feet in Building 373D at Fairfield Business Center in Fairfield. Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides vocational training and resources to individuals facing barriers to employment.
Fairfield Business Center consists of eight buildings totaling 335,000-square-feet on Route 46 West in Fairfield. Each building features flexible floor plans, custom finished exteriors, ample parking and on-site professional management.
