Dale Carnegie Presents its ‘Leadership Award’ to Investors Bank

Dale Carnegie, a human resources and management consulting organization, presented its prestigious Leadership Award to Investors Bank.

Investors Bank President and CEO Kevin Cummings received the prestigious Dale Carnegie® Training International Leadership Award for Investor’s commitment towards talent management and investing in the development of their personnel which was presented by Joe Hart, president and CEO of Dale Carnegie.

Dale Carnegie established an international award in 1985. It is granted to organizations that place special emphasis on the development of its human resources, innovation and organizational creativity for the purposes of achieving its business objectives. Those companies rewarded recognize and use human resources management as parallel to their technology, thus being major contributors to the development of their countries’ economy and society. Since its inception, the Leadership Award has been presented to many of the best companies in the world, including; Walmart, Microsoft, Campbell Soup, and Investors Bank.
