Game publisher and manufacturer, Breaking Games, LLC, has subleased 102,839 square feet at 200 International Dr. in Mount Olive, announced Cushman & Wakefield. Stephen Sander, based in the commercial real estate firm’s East Rutherford office, represented the sublandlord, Bosal USA, in arranging the sublease.
“Bosal USA was relocating and Breaking Games was in need of warehouse space to meet demand for their growing business,” said Sander. “The transaction allowed us to achieve our client’s goals in terms of timing and economics, making it a win-win for both companies.”
200 International Drive is located directly off Route 80 in the International Trade Center (ITC). Demand for quality warehouse and distribution space along the Route 80 corridor remains robust and this transaction is indicative of continuing positive absorption for the market.
The industrial facility features 24’ clear ceiling heights, nine loading docks, +/- 6,000 square feet of office space and ample trailer and car parking. It is within walking distance to the Mount Olive commuter rail station and in close proximity to Routes 206 and 46 as well as hotels, restaurants and the ITC Crossing Retail Center.
