C&W Arranges Sale of 214,271-SF Industrial Development in Woolwich Township

Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of a 214,271-square-foot industrial development site located at 261 Swedesboro Paulsboro Road in Woolwich Township. C&W represented the seller, Arbok, in the transaction. The property was acquired by Dermody Properties.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Gerry Blinebury, Gary Gabriel, Kyle Schmidt and Brendan McGeary, with support from local leasing specialists John Gartland and Jonas Skovdal, represented the seller, Arbok, in the transaction. The property was acquired by Dermody Properties.

“We are thrilled to have arranged the successful sale of this property on behalf of Arbok,” said Gerry Blinebury of C&W. “The fully approved industrial development site is an ideal size to cater to the deepest pool of tenant demand and strategically located immediately off the NJ Turnpike, granting convenient access to major cities.”

The property is situated on 14 acres of land and, upon completion, will feature 40-foot clear heights, two drive-in doors, 39 dock doors, 19 trailer stalls and 169 parking spaces. The property is scheduled to be delivered in mid-2024.

261 Swedesboro Paulsboro Road is located off the NJ Turnpike and Interstate 295, 12 miles to the Commodore Barry Bridge and in proximity to Interstate 95, granting convenient access to New York City, Boston, Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
