Cross River Named ‘Best Place to Work in Fintech’

Cross River Bank of Fort Lee has again been named to American Banker’s 2023 Best Places to Work in Fintech.

Cross River was one of 50 firms, and the only company from New Jersey, honored this year based on the award’s two-part review process. The program was created in 2017 by Arizent and Best Companies Group to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the financial technology industry. Cross River was honored this year with other winners ranging from challenger banks, core banking systems, data and analytics providers and more.

“Cross River is built on the values of integrity, responsibility, creativity, humility, and compassion,” said Gilles Gade, founder and CEO of Cross River. “This award is a testament to each team member who embodies these five values and is perpetuating change.”

In 2022, Cross River hired over 300 employees, growing the company to more than 950 employees globally, with 778 employed full-time in the United States.
