Cross River Fiber Completes Strategic Build-Out into Sentinel Data Centers’ NJ-1 Facility

Sentinel Data Centers, an owner, developer and operator of wholesale colocation data centers, announces the availability of Cross River Fiber, a national provider of network services, at its 430,000-square-foot Somerset facility.

“Cross River Fiber marks another strong regional carrier added to our already diverse and robust carrier roster,” said Nelson Frye, Sr. Director of Business Development, Sentinel Data Centers. “We expect Cross River Fiber’s unique fiber footprint and diverse offerings to provide tremendous value to our New Jersey tenants.”

Through the agreement, Cross River Fiber will be offering its network services to Sentinel’s NJ-1 tenants. Sentinel customers will have access to dark fiber, wavelength, Ethernet and other critical network services enabling them to connect their presence at NJ-1 to carrier hotels, data centers, financial exchanges and customer locations.

Home to leading enterprises in financial services, healthcare, energy and technology, Sentinel’s NJ-1 center is comprised of 430,000 square feet with an on premise and dedicated 69kV substation.
