CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA), the eighth largest accounting firm in the United States with more than 8,500 employees in nearly 130 locations throughout the US, has acquired Livingston-based SobelCo.
Originally founded in Newark in 1956, SobelCo’s 200+ team members will continue to serve clients locally and nationally from locations in Livingston and Woodcliff Lake. With the acquisition, CLA now has a team of more than 580 people across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
