CoWorx Staffing Services Names Kara Rogan New COO

CoWorx Staffing Services promotes Kara Rogan to chief operating officer, to lead organizational realignment and all U.S. operations for the national staffing agency. In her new role, Rogan’s responsibilities include strategic oversight of regional operational efficiencies and best practices, as
well as management of national clients, engagement and implementation, and field training.

“We are excited to announce Kara’s appointment and have every confidence she will be instrumental to CoWorx’ continued growth as the premiere partner for temporary staffing,” said Tim Hartnett, CEO of CoWorx Staffing Services. “She has already been integral to the success of our East Region, enhancing operational excellence and contributing to sales expansion, and will continue to be a major part of our evolution as a company.”

Rogan first joined CoWorx in 2005 as a director, overseeing a relatively small market. By 2010, she was promoted to senior director, Southern New England; and, in 2016, she was promoted to vice president, east region, managing more than 30 locations.

Throughout her career at CoWorx, Rogan continuously took on greater geographic areas and additional responsibilities, building the sales and operations team for the east region, and leading corporate initiatives focused on customer development, field sales and operations. Her growing team generated increased revenue and profits, year over year, and in 2018, Rogan was selected as a Forty Under Forty honoree by Staffing Industry Analysts. The coveted annual list recognizes a rising group of leaders making their mark on the workforce solutions ecosystem as trailblazers and innovators.

Rogan is quick to credit her team for her success. “Through identifying, building and supporting a strong field leadership team, I have been able to grow in my role,” she said. “It is because of them that I am here today.”
