CoWorx Staffing Services Moves to Morristown

CoWorx Staffing Services has moved into new headquarters located at 412 Mt. Kemble Ave. in Morristown. The company celebrated its new 20,450-square-foot corporate office this week with a ribbon cutting ceremony with staff and Morris Township Mayor Jeff Grayzel.

“We completely renovated the space and built out a beautiful, open, collaborative corporate headquarters,” boasts CoWorx Staffing Services CEO Tim Hartnett. “We are thrilled to finally be all moved in and give our company culture room to breathe, as we continue our growth as a best-in-class staffing agency.”

The new CoWorx HQ features an open floor plan which maximizes available space between work stations and conference areas, with offices aligned along one wall for management and visiting field staff. Designed to encourage relationships and cross-functional collaboration, the new corporate office comforts include a modernized kitchen area, ergonomically-designed furniture, and all new phones and flat screen TVs. Employees can also take advantage of building amenities, including a full-service cafeteria and new 5,500-square-foot fitness center, which were previously not available to them.

“In our prior home, employees worked a bit in siloes, simply due to the shape of the building,” says CoWorx Staffing Services Vice President of Marketing Steve Gregersen. “Our new space encourages interaction, and we look forward to evolving our company culture to create a greater sense of community inside our walls, in our field offices, and in the thriving community in which we will now reside.”

The company’s new HQ at 412 Mt. Kemble Avenue is conveniently located on Route 202 near I-287 (Exit 33-Harter Road), with proximity to routes 24 and 10, I-80 and I-280, and NJ TRANSIT train service from Morristown to midtown Manhattan. CoWorx relocated from Plainfield Ave. in Watchung, which had been the company’s home for more than 30 years.
