SP Express Names New Senior Vice President of Technology and Services

SP Express, a  provider of international ecommerce fulfillment and customer care, announces the appointment of Bob Curtis to the position of senior vice president of technology and services. Curtis has more than nine years of technology and services leadership experience at TMP Direct, a full-service customer contact center in Mount Olive recently acquired by SP Express.

In his new role, Curtis will be responsible for overseeing the integration of technology and services among all of SP Express’s diverse divisions. He will guide the development of SP Express technologies that give visibility and control to clients engaging the company’s ecommerce solutions.

“We’re creating a seamless family of solutions to serve a world-wide market with frontline and back-end services including warehouse, order fulfillment, customer care and marketing,” says Curtis. “My role is to create a unified team and the systems to support our entire organization.”
