Colliers Int’l Arranges 17,000-square-foot Pharma Sublease, HQ Relocation at Princeton’s 100 Overlook Center

Colliers International has arranged a corporate headquarters relocation in Princeton, with drug development and safety company Certara subleasing 17,000 square feet at 100 Overlook Center Drive.

Relocating within Princeton, Certara will occupy its new space on the first floor at the four-story, 149,600-square-foot property in March. The firm is subletting its office and R&D space from chemical manufacturing company Albermarle.

“In addition to an on-site cafeteria, conference facilities, and high-end finishes offered at a below-market rent, the property provides the ideal corporate feel and atmosphere that Certara was seeking for its new business headquarters,” said Kevin Coleman, Director at Colliers International, who represented Certara in the sublease.

“Through the right combination of events and internal collaboration here at Colliers International, Certara was able to take advantage of current market conditions to secure this prime, Class-A space,” added Thomas Romano, Executive Managing Director at Colliers International, who assisted with facilitating the sublease between Certara and Albermarle through an existing relationship.

Situated at Route 1 and Alexander Road, 100 Overlook Center is located less than two miles from the heart of Princeton and in close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 206, I-295, and the Princeton Junction Train Station, which offers Amtrak and NJ Transit service to Manhattan.
