Cobalt Lofts in Harrison Launches for Leasing

The partnership of Advance Realty and DeBartolo Development announced Cobalt Lofts, its luxury residential building in Harrison’s Riverbend District, has officially opened for leasing.

Located at 1200 S. Fifth Street in Harrison, Cobalt Lofts offers 280 luxury studio, one and two bedroom homes, as well as duplex lofts featuring 20-foot ceilings and views of downtown Manhattan.
