Citrin Cooperman, which has New Jersey offices in Florham Park and Livingston, has acquired Untracht Early, a Florham Park-based firm with more than 150 partners and staff. Since beginning in 1993, Untracht Early specializes in alternative investments, comprehensive tax and business solutions primarily in the financial services and alternative investments industries. It also has expertise in high-net-worth individuals and a family office catering to C-suite owners throughout the world.
