CBRE Drives Strong Leasing Campaign at Newly Developed 1 County Road In Secaucus

The CBRE team of William R. Waxman, Mindy Lissner Kevin Dudley, and David Gheriani arranged five new leases at 1 County Road in Secaucus, totaling 105,000 square feet. CBRE serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the state-of-the-art flex development and represented the ownership, Bhasin Properties, in the lease negotiations.

“Demand for high quality flex space in Secaucus is strong, and 1 County Road is meeting the demand with a compelling product and superior location,” CBRE’s Mr. Dudley said. “1 County Road offers easy and convenient access to New York City as well as a variety of transportation options for employees, and the Class A space itself serves a myriad of users and uses. In just six months, the CBRE team negotiated the following new leases, all were fully preleased:

  • DDMG, Inc., a wholesale men’s apparel company based in Secaucus, leased 27,440 square feet. JLL represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
  • GOAT, an online high-end sneaker marketplace founded by Eddie Lu, inked a 27,537-square-foot lease in direct negotiations with the CBRE team
  • W Showroom, online women’s fashion company leased 18,390 square feet of space at the property.
  • The Alvin Ailey Dance Theater leased 17,583 square feet of space in a represented by Avison Young.
  • KM Productions, an industry-leading event production services and equipment company, leased 14,305 square feet of space. The Blau & Berg Company represented KM Productions in the negotiations.
  • Power Survey, a provider of electric field testing and asset management services, leased 18,358 square feet of space. William J. Cariste of Realty Consultant

Built in 2018, 1 County Road is a two-property, 242,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art complex located in the heart of Secaucus. The properties are comprised of 15 well-designed, Class A units located minutes from New York City, the New Jersey Turnpike and major airports. The facility is within walking distance of the Secaucus Transfer Station.
