In a transaction arranged by CBRE, Ingram Micro, Inc., the world’s largest provider of information technology products and services, has inked a 107,107-square-foot industrial lease for the entire facility located at 116 Lehigh Drive in Fairfield. Based in Irvine, CA with operations around the world, Ingram Micro will expand its third-party logistics capabilities at the facility owned my Venture One Real Estate Inc.
Thomas Mallaney, Nicholas Nitti and Denise Kokulak of CBRE’s Saddle Brook office worked closely with David Remington from the firm’s Newport Beach, CA operations in identifying the industrial space and negotiating the long-term lease on behalf of Ingram Micro. The international company plans to move into its new space in September 2021.
“Working closely with our colleague from Newport Beach, we were able to identify 116 Lehigh Drive as the ideal building to serve our client’s requirements,” said Mallaney. “We are pleased to facilitate Ingram Micro’s expansion into the third-party logistics industry and also satisfy their future real estate needs.”
116 Lehigh Drive is a single tenant building constructed in 1986. The industrial property sits on 8.16-acres of land, has nine exterior docks, 3,600 amps of power and two backup generators. The fully air-conditioned property is equipped with an ESFR sprinkler system and parking for 187 cars (1.74 per 1,000 square foot).
