CBRE Arranges 3 New Office Leases & Renewal in Livingston

CBRE has completed several new office leases and a renewal at Eastman Companies’ The Eisenhower, a Class A office complex located at 290 West Mount Pleasant Avenue in Livingston. The transactions consisted of three new leases and a renewal totaling 10,200 sq. ft.

The CBRE team of Jon Meisel, Erin Wenzler and Dan Casey spearhead the leasing campaign at The Eisenhower and represented Eastman Companies and P3RE in all the negotiations.

The new leases were for office space that the ownership preemptively renovated to meet the latest demands of tenants, which also allows companies to move in very quickly.”

The transactions included Sobel Tinari’s 4,200 sq.-ft. new office lease; a corporate headquarters lease for The Learning Experience totaling 1,200 sq. ft.; a 1,300 sq.-ft. new commitment by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation; and 3,500 sq.-ft. lease renewal by Caerus 1 US Inc, represented by Mark Richardson of JLL.
