Bussel Realty Corp. Leases 299,973 Square-Feet from Prologis

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a corporate and industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced Toll Global Forwarding has consummated a long-term lease for 299,973 square feet of industrial space at 800 Federal Boulevard in Carteret, New Jersey.

Steve Bussel, president of BRC, was responsible for the transaction and represented the tenant.  Prologis, the owner of the property, was represented by CBRE.

“The quality space and strategic location of the property in Carteret made perfect sense for Toll Global Forwarding and why they chose to remain in the property instead of relocating,” commented Bussel.

Totaling 299,973 square feet, 800 Federal Boulevard is located near Exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike and sits on 13.79 acres.  Built in 1984, the property offers 24-foot ceiling heights, 48 feet by 41 feet column spacing, ESFR sprinklers, 58 tailboards and two drive-in doors for loading, and 139 surfaces spaces for parking.  The property is in close proximity to Port Newark/Elizabeth, New York City and Newark Liberty Airport.
