Bussel Realty Corp. Leases 10,400 SF at 2500 Main Street in Sayreville

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a corporate and industrial real estate services firm, has announced North East Building Products has leased 10,400 square feet at 2500 Main Street in Sayreville. BRC Vice President Anthony Mircovich was responsible for the transaction.

“Northeast Building Products was looking at various locations to relocate and expand their business from their current location in South Plainfield; as a result, this company saw a tremendous opportunity in Sayreville,” noted Mircovich.

2500 Main Street offers 18-foot ceiling heights and 4 loading docks. The property is located directly off Exit 124 of the Garden State Parkway, Route 9, and Route 35.
