NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated a lease for 1,440 square feet of office space to Halt Management, Inc. at 720 E. Palisade Avenue in Englewood Cliffs.
The deal marks NAI Hanson’s latest successful negotiation to help relocate a company from Brooklyn to New Jersey. Halt Management is a real estate property management company that was seeking an office that provided them with close proximity to New York City while offering easy access to markets west of the Hudson.
“The relocation of companies from Brooklyn to New Jersey is a trend that shows no sign of abating as the prices for quality office space continue to rise in the outer boroughs of New York City,” says NAI Hanson’s Randy Horning. “Our market knowledge and experience with relocating companies allowed us to help Halt Management find a space that allowed them to devote more of their profits to growing their business and less on rent.”
720 E. Palisade Avenue is a two-story building boasting a recently renovated lobby, 76 parking spaces, 24/7 access, and direct access to the Palisades Interstate Parkway, George Washington Bridge and Routes 1,4,9, 46,80 and 95.
