Glenpointe, a 670,000-square-foot Class-A office campus in Teaneck, marked the completion of its multi-million-dollar capital improvement plan by hosting more than 100 members of the tri-state area’s brokerage community this past Thursday. Gathering on The Green, Glenpointe’s recently completed 22,000-square-foot outdoor area, executives from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, which developed, owns and manages the property, and Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), the property’s exclusive leasing agent, welcomed the brokerage community to tour the campus.
Glenpointe has undergone a transformation of interior common areas to create a variety of spaces with modern seating options and convenience including charging stations to enhance the tenant experience. Renovations have also been made to outdoor tenant terraces, design fixtures and lighting throughout the complex.
The property also boasts 700 guest rooms across three on-site hotels along with over 40,000 square feet of conference space, the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Spa and Fitness Center (which has also been upgraded), abundant covered parking, 24/7 security, and onsite access to public mass transit to New York City and Bergen County.
