Borough of Morris Plains Mayor Frank Druetzler and other town officials joined Roseland Residential Trust, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Signature Place, Roseland’s newest luxury rental community featuring 197 one- and two-bedroom apartments in Morris Plains. The opening of the property, previously a vacant Mack-Cali office asset, marks the completion of Roseland’s first office-to-residential strategic repositioning initiative.
“I’ve had the unique opportunity to see what were formerly underutilized office properties be transformed into a luxury community that will soon be home to many residents moving from both within Morris Plains and from throughout the region,” said Mayor Druetzler. “I’m thrilled to be celebrating the official opening of the property, and I have complete confidence that as residents move in, they will be equally thrilled with Signature Place.”
