Bell Works 98% Full with New and Extended Office Leases

Bell Works New Jersey, the two-million square-foot “Metroburb” – or suburban metropolis – in Holmdel, featuring a mix of offices, retail, dining, and hospitality, announced 21 new office lease agreements and lease extensions, bringing the campus to an occupancy rate of 98%.

“Bell Works’ New Jersey campus has seen remarkable leasing success this year,” said Ralph Zucker, CEO of Inspired by Somerset Development, the owner and manager of Bell Works. “Over the past decade, it has been inspiring to watch this Metroburb evolve into a vibrant hub, with the new additions enhancing its lively and collaborative environment. This achievement underscores the importance of diverse, amenity-rich office environments that meet the needs of the modern workforce.”

FirstEnroll, a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) specializing in health insurance, leased 7,480 square feet of office space and is among Bell Works New Jersey’s newest tenants. The Asbury Park Press, part of Gannett – a diversified media company with hundreds of trusted local media brands throughout the country in addition to the national publication, USA TODAY – leased 5,963 square feet. Additionally, Atrium, a leading staffing agency and recruiting firm, extended its lease and expanded its office space to 6,580 square feet.
