Atlantic Stewardship Bank Provides Funding to Community Through Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit Program

Atlantic Stewardship Bank was recently approved to participate in the New Jersey Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit Program (NRTC), in which invested funding is awarded to designated nonprofit recipients that seek to improve their communities.

“We are pleased to report that ASB was approved to invest $25,000 into NRTC to support the New Jersey Community Development Corporation of Paterson, New Jersey,” said Paul Van Ostenbridge, President and CEO of Atlantic Stewardship Bank. “We are all about supporting the community and being faithful to their needs,” added Van Ostenbridge.

The funds will be used by New Jersey Community Development Corporation for the creation of the “Great Falls Education & Training Center,” in a former American Legion Hall which will be used to provide educational, job training and microenterprise development services for at least 200 young neighborhood residents during the 2-year grant period. Additionally, funds will be used towards the Paterson Youth Arts Program, Neighborhood Help Center and Great Falls Street Team.
