Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Promotes Jeffrey Fuller to Chief Operating Officer

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm based in Hackensack, announced the promotion of Jeffrey Fuller to chief operating officer.

Fuller joined the firm in 2019 as director of property management and a member of the senior executive team to oversee the day-to-day management of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ more than six million-square-foot portfolio and further bolster its relationships with its more than 200 tenants. During that time, he led Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ highly experienced internal team of property managers and technicians, building upon Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ legacy of superior tenant service. He also worked closely the firm’s internal construction team to oversee tenant improvements and repairs as well as larger capital improvement plans to ensure that the company’s properties continue to stand out in a competitive marketplace.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Fuller’s attention to detail and responsiveness were relied upon by the company and its tenants as they sought to navigate a constantly shifting environment. Through Fuller’s leadership and creativity, various initiatives with an emphasis on health and wellness were carried out and Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ entire portfolio was able to remain fully open throughout the pandemic.

As chief operating officer he will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s construction, leasing, property management and human resources departments. Additionally, he will work closely with each department to enhance and maintain the company’s operational efficiencies while ensuring the firm’s founding ideals of integrity and trustworthiness are adhered to in every aspect of its work. He will continue to increase productivity and flexibility across the organization with the implementation of the latest real estate technologies and processes.

Fuller brings 30 years of industry experience to his new role. Prior to joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Fuller served as director of property management for Onyx Equities in Rutherford. He is a graduate of Rutgers University.
