Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Promotes Erin Henry to Commercial Property Manager

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm based in Hackensack, announced that Erin Henry has been promoted to the role of commercial property manager, overseeing 2 million square feet of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ office and industrial portfolio.

Since joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in 2009, Henry’s attention to detail and work ethic has enabled her to quickly rise through the ranks of the company, most recently holding the position of operations coordinator and industrial property manager. In her new role, Henry will oversee the management of 2 million square feet of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ office and industrial portfolio including their 335,000-square-foot Court Plaza office complex and 200,000-square-foot Heights Plaza office building. Managing more than 200 commercial tenants, Henry will work closely with the Director of Property Management, Jeffrey Fuller, to ensure that every tenant receives the highest standards of service to promote tenant satisfaction and retention across the properties under her management.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day maintenance and ongoing tenant needs, Henry will work with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ internal construction team to manage tenant improvements and repairs as well as execute larger capital improvement plans to ensure that the company’s properties continue to stand out in a competitive marketplace.

“Our property management services lie at the heart of our firm’s remarkable success over the past 75 years,” said Fuller. “Through responsive, hands-on tenant service, we have been able to ensure high occupancy across our portfolio and attract many of the region’s most reputable companies to our buildings. I applaud Erin on this much-deserved promotion, and I know her track record of exemplary tenant service will allow us to continue to build upon this legacy.”
