Hackensack-based real estate development and operating company Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has announced the completion of two lease transactions totaling 7,300-square-feet at Glenpointe Centre East in Teaneck. Located at 300 Frank W. Burr Blvd., Glenpointe Centre East is part of the landmark mixed-used Glenpointe complex.
In the larger transaction, CB Alliance has relocated its New York City headquarters to 4,600-square-feet of office space at the landmark business campus. The private equity and operating firm’s global portfolio consist of investments in high tech, alternative energy and real estate. The transaction was negotiated by Cushman & Wakefield and Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice-president/director of leasing and marketing.
Additionally, FriedLam Partners, which purchases and manages multifamily properties throughout the East Coast, has leased 2,700 square feet of space, relocating from within Bergen County. JLL and Barta arranged the transaction.
