Advance Realty’s Executive Quarters Selected as The Outstanding Building of the Year

Advance Realty’s Executive Quarters at Bedminster — one of the company’s strategically located office properties in Somerset County — has received the prestigious Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award from the New Jersey chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA-NJ).

The award honored Executive Quarters in the “Under 100,000 Square Feet” category. The property, located at 1545 Route 206, was recognized for all facets of its best-in-class operations and management, which is overseen by Chris Galvin, Daniela Nastasi and Rory Halpin). Executive Quarters was also named The Outstanding Building of the Year in the same category in 2016.

This year’s award will be formally extended at BOMA’s annual gala at the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange on May 23.

“While Advance has taken steps to diversify our portfolio across a number of commercial real estate sectors in recent years, office properties like Executive Quarters remain an important part of our business,” said Peter J. Cocoziello, Advance Realty’s Founder and CEO. “New Jersey is a state with a highly competitive office market, and to have this building earn such an honor two out of the last three years is a testament to both our staff’s tremendous dedication and Advance’s enduring commitment to excellence at all of our properties.”

Situated in the heart of Bedminster, Executive Quarters provides direct access to Interstates 287 and 78, and is near various dining and shopping options, including Bridgewater Commons. The 55,281-square-foot, three-level brick building is known for its warm lobby, which features granite floors, mahogany millwork, customized light fixtures and architectural ceilings.

Executive Quarters features an on-site, custom-built fitness center, as well as locker rooms and showers. Additionally, the building offers amenities including a conference center available for large or intimate tenant meetings, a mail delivery room and dry cleaning services. To reduce the building’s carbon footprint, solar car ports, ground mounts, and solar roof panels have been installed.
