Advance Realty Unveils TransitScreen Real-Time Transportation Display in One Gateway Center’s Lobby

Reflective of a commitment to providing tenants with cutting-edge technologies to enhance the workplace, Advance Realty has unveiled TransitScreen, a real-time display of mass transit options, at One Gateway Center, its landmark, state-of-the-art office tower in downtown Newark, New Jersey.

TransitScreen’s live transportation display provides tenants with real-time information from NJ Transit rail and bus, Amtrak, Zipcar, and Uber, as well as walk times to stations, showcased on a dedicated 40-inch high-definition television in the building’s recently modernized lobby.

A 26-story, Class A building, One Gateway Center offers exceptional features such as a fully enclosed direct skywalk connection to Newark’s Penn Station, which serves Amtrak, NJ Transit and PATH trains, and offers direct access to Manhattan — both Downtown and Midtown — in 20 minutes.
