99 Hudson Tops Out as Tallest Building in New Jersey

99 HUDSON, a new 79-story, 781-residence luxury condominium located at 99 Hudson Street in Jersey City, has topped out a a record height of 900 feet. The 1.4 million square-foot project, along the Hudson Waterfront, is China Overseas America’s first development in the United States. It is the tallest building in New Jersey, and the third tallest residential condominium building in the United States.  According to Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop, the luxury condominium at 99 Hudson Street is “a milestone for Jersey City”.

Work on the façade, which features Jura Beige limestone sourced from Germany and floor-to-ceiling glass, has already taken shape.

99 HUDSON offers studios, one, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging in size up to 2,500 square feet, and currently priced from $700,000 to more than $4 million. Building completion is expected for late-2019.

Homes at 99 HUDSON will feature impeccable details such as double-glazed, insulated floor-to-ceiling glass windows with unparalleled views, 5” wide oak flooring, high-performance, energy efficient heating and cooling systems, custom white lacquer kitchen cabinetry imported from Pordenone, Italy, a full premium suite of Bosch appliances including a vented kitchen hood, custom wood vanities imported from Pordenone, Italy for the master and secondary bathrooms, and Kohler fixtures.
