64th Annual New Good Neighbor Awards Nominations Now Open

New Jersey Business Magazine announced that the 2024 New Good Neighbor Awards nomination form is available. Celebrating its 64th year, the award recognizes the economic development impact of new, renovated or expanded office and commercial buildings, warehouses, retail centers (excluding individual stores within shopping centers), urban developments and green community projects (i.e. streetscapes, parks).

Construction or capital expenditures at the nominated facility must have been completed during the past two years, between Jan. 1, 2022, and Dec. 31, 2023. Winning entries will be selected on the basis of community involvement, job creation, architectural merit, and economic benefit.
