63rd Annual New Good Neighbor Awards Deadline is March 10

New Jersey Business Magazine is seeking nominations for its 63rd Annual New Good Neighbor Awards, powered by NJBIA.

Each year, we recognize the economic development impact of new, renovated or expanded industrial, office, retail centers (excluding individual stores within shopping centers), and green community projects (i.e. streetscapes, parks). Construction or capital expenditures at the nominated facility must have been completed during the past two years, between Jan. 1, 2021, and Dec. 31, 2022. March 10, 2023 is the entry deadline. Last year, our 13 winners represented more than $121 million in capital improvements, the creation of 1,758 construction jobs, and 2,027 full-time jobs. All New Good Neighbor entries represent the positive energy and faith business and industry have in New Jersey’s future.
