62nd Annual New Good Neighbor Award Winners Announced

Thirteen projects noted for the community and economic benefits they deliver to their respective environments.

New Jersey Business Magazine has selected the winners of the 62nd annual New Good Neighbor Awards. Thirteen projects, constructed between 2020 and 2021, have been recognized for the economic value they deliver to their communities through either new building development, investment in noteworthy renovation projects, and special community enhancement and streetscape improvements. Combined, these 13 winners represent more than $121 million in capital improvements, the creation of 1,758 construction jobs, and 2,027 full-time jobs.

This year’s winners are:

  • The Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering Center at County College of Morris, Randolph
  • The Advanced Medical Center, Jefferson Township
  • Bergen Community College One-Stop, Paramus
  • Chapel Avenue (CR 626), Cherry Hill
  • Clinton Hill Early Learning Center, Newark
  • CompleteCare Health Network, Bridgeton
  • Leading-Edge Cancer Center at Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill
  • PTC Therapeutics’ Gene Therapy Center of Excellence, Hopewell
  • The Club at Woodbridge Sports and Fitness Center
  • Veterans Housing Project, Jersey City
  • West Morris Wolfpack Hockey Rink, Long Valley
