SOS Security LLC Acquires Asset Protection Associates, Inc.

Parsippany-based SOS Security LLC (“SOS”), one of the largest security companies in the US, is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Asset Protection Associates, Inc. (“APA”). Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, APA specializes in loss prevention for a wide range of iconic domestic and international retail brands. APA has successfully provided loss prevention services including, uniformed protective services, mystery shopping and operational auditing to these organizations.
