Sun National Bank Introduces Rebranding Initiative

Sun Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Sun National Bank, announced that it is formally launching a major rebranding initiative for its enterprise.  Today, it introduced its fully redesigned family of brands for Sun Bancorp and Sun National Bank, on the heels of its recent introduction of Prosperis Financial Solutions.

“We are pleased to announce our new brand visuals and messaging platform.  Over the next several months, we will formally implement the new Sun National Bank, Sun Bancorp and Prosperis Financial Solutions family of brands both internally and externally,” said Thomas M. O’Brien, president & CEO.

“In 2014, we announced a series of transformational initiatives designed to comprehensively improve the organization’s capital, asset quality and operating foundation.  This rebranding initiative will mark the culmination of those efforts, and the beginning of a new era where Sun can build a business that represents its core competencies.  With an elevated brand in place, we are poised to grow our current client base, as well as attract new business and consumer relationships to our franchise,” said O’Brien.

The organization’s new primary brand colors are blue and gold.  “The colors and interconnected marks of our new brand elements represent the energy, optimism and clarity that are the backbone of our business strategy,” said O’Brien.  “Throughout 2015, we will execute staged launches as we transition to the new brand.  This is an investment in our goodwill and reputation, and a comprehensive effort will be made to implement it across all touch points.  This elevated presence will reflect the overall turnaround of the Company and Bank.  These efforts are demonstrating to the marketplace that it truly is a new day at Sun.”
