Holman Automotive Acquires Princeton BMW and Princeton MINI

Holman Automotive Group, Inc. has announced that it has acquired Princeton BMW and Princeton MINI. Both dealerships will complement the existing family of dealerships operating under the Holman name in the Northeast and will expand the company’s footprint into central New Jersey.

“The Holman organization has had a long, successful relationship with BMW and MINI and we have been proud to represent both brands for many years at locations in New Jersey and Florida, including BMW of Mount Laurel and MINI of Mount Laurel in the Northeast and Lauderdale BMW of Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines, and Lauderdale MINI in Florida,” said Melinda “Mindy” Holman, chairman of Holman Automotive. “We are very excited to be adding these two exceptional retail locations to the Holman family of dealerships,”

Holman emphasized that the same values and principles that guide the other dealerships will guide Princeton BMW and Princeton MINI as well. “My grandfather Steward Holman had a very clear set of ideals that guided him throughout all of the years he was in business and those same ideals still guide us today. At Holman, we seek to earn the loyalty and exceed the expectations of each and every customer; provide the industry’s best automotive services by training, empowering and rewarding the best people; and give back to the communities that support the business. I look forward to cultivating a culture based on those values and principles at Princeton BMW and Princeton MINI as well.”

The current General Manager, Greg Zulli, will remain in that role as a Holman employee. Zulli is a New Jersey native and has held a variety of retail and regional positions including General Manager of Princeton BMW and Princeton MINI for the last 2½ years. He attended the College of William and Mary.
