12th Annual Women in Banking Conference Set for June 14

The New Jersey Bankers Association (NJBankers) announces the program for its 12th Annual Women in Banking Conference, to be held June 14 at The Palace at Somerset Park.

For the last 12 years, NJBankers has been producing this event designed to empower women and provide strategies for their continued success in the banking industry.

This year’s program features lessons in negotiation, from Lydia Fenet, CEO of the Lydia Fenet Agency and author of The Most Powerful Woman in the Room & Claim Your Confidence plus a discussion on the science of positive, authentic female leadership from Michelle Gielan, featured professor in Oprah’s Happiness Course, bestselling author, and founder of the Institute for Applied Positive Research.

Additionally, attendees will also learn how to identify and build relationships with mentors and peers, gain a deeper understanding of the economic outlook, and new social media strategies.
