The New Jersey Business & Industry Association has added Primepoint HRMS & Payroll to its vast array of member benefits. The partnership will provide significant savings, exclusive to NJBIA members, for critical back office needs for employers of all sizes.
Primepoint, headquartered in Westampton, is a payroll and human resources management company offering a fully integrated suite of cloud-based technology tools. Primepoint started in 1975, when Bea and Al Bothwell, Sr. opened a small bookkeeping company called Booking Assistance. Their youngest son, David, joined the business in 1987, integrating technology into their services. Shortly thereafter, the home business expanded into an office in Bordentown and was renamed Delaware Valley Payroll. In 1990, son Alex, Jr. joined and helped create a new proprietary payroll system.
The client base grew throughout the 1990s, with son, Bill, and Vice President of Business Development Jim Jacob joining. Primepoint, LLC was born in 2000 with its development team advancing technology and integrated systems that enabled customers to save time and money.
Primepoint can partner with its customers to develop customized system implementations to meet the specific needs of their businesses. Primepoint also provides a high level of customer support for its approximately 2,000 customers, which starts during the sales process and continues through daily operations.
