The Calculator is an online tool that will easily enumerate how much your business can save using just four of our most popular programs that reduce business costs for healthcare, payroll, shipping and merchant services. Health Benefits. Hundreds of small business owners tell us their NJBIA membership more than pays for itself with health benefits plans offered through Association Master Trust (AMT). AMT contracts with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey to offer competitively priced self-funded group health benefits with all the advantages of network services and modern claims administration. Plans include Direct Access, EPO, HSA and OMNIA designs, plus access to dental, group life and prescription plans. AMT’s not-for-profit structure has enabled it to pay out $17 million in dividends since 2012 to eligible members.
Payroll Processing. Under our exclusive deal with Primepoint HRMS & Payroll, NJBIA members are saving an average of 30% on payroll costs with access to pre-employment screening, employee background checks and a wide range of HR services.
