3nom is Driven by its Clients’ Needs

IT services provider helps businesses stay on the cutting edge.

Teaneck-based 3nom has been providing IT managed services to its clients since its founding in 2005, and Abe Sasson, managing partner of the company, attributes much of the business’s growth over the past 15 years to its client-centric approach.

“We started as a traditional IT services firm, then expanded to private cloud, private security, and application of software development,” Sasson says. “We expanded to [provide these services] as our clients needed them.”

He says 3nom prides itself on simplifying the often overwhelming world of IT services for its clients, and through the company’s many services, aims to take the burden of IT management off of the plate of the businesses it serves.

At the same time, Sasson says 3nom aims to make clients feel as comfortable as possible, primarily by creating a culture of transparency.

“Transparency between a business and all its vendors is essential, otherwise there is always a risk of foul play or miscommunication,” Sasson says. “All 3nom clients are getting reporting, regular in-person meetings, and 24/7/365 access to the team. On the back end, we continuously test the systems and monitor new solutions that may benefit them, even if they are less profitable for us.”

In particular, Sasson says he rejects the cookie-cutter approach while providing solutions, and makes it a point to look at every new technology through the lens of his clients’ needs.

3nom offers a variety of managed services, from software development, private cloud services, remote office, mobile application development, security services, and more. The company also recently won gold in the 15th Annual Network PG’s 2020 IT World Awards, honoring its employees.

“We like to hold our team to the highest standards to ensure all of our clients are properly cared for. One of the most important things, for me, is to provide my clients with a service that best works for their business. I spend time learning about each of our clients to make sure they are getting the best quality services,” Sasson says.

Over the next few years, he hopes to continue to expand, particularly in the private cloud and cybersecurity spheres, adding that, “private cloud is critical both from a security perspective as well as from a customer centric perspective.”

3nom currently has just over 20 employees and has offices in both Teaneck and Miami, serving small to mid-sized businesses in New Jersey, New York, and Florida.

“For companies with less than 100 users, outsourcing [IT] is easy, more cost-effective, and leads to higher productivity, better security, and a solid foundation to build upon as a business grows. They get a whole team of experts on call, and none of the headaches that come with setting up their own IT,” Sasson says. “For the big players, we handle infrastructure while their in-house IT staff can focus on the peripherals and users.”
