Skanska USA Opens New Parsippany Office

Skanska USA and the Parsippany Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the grand opening of Skanska’s new Parsippany office located at 389 Interpace Parkway.

Skanska’s 120 Parsippany-based employees moved from their long-time office on Littleton Road to this new location. The new office, targeting LEED^®Gold certification, includes 36,375 more square feet than the previous location. It provides comfortable workspace and offers an open floor plan to encourage a collaborative working environment.

Skanska is responsible for building some of New Jersey’s most renowned facilities, such as this year’s Super Bowl host: Metlife Stadium.  Currently, Skanska is also constructing a new 700,000-square-foot office tower for Prudential Financial Inc., in Newark.
