New Providence Resident Elected 2015 North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® President

New Providence resident A. Michael Del Duca, of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties in New Providence, has been elected as the 2015 North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NCJAR)  president. The new position took effect January 1, 2015.

“I’m very enthusiastic about offering my knowledge and experience to NCJAR’s membership,” Del Duca says. “Our ultimate mission is helping our members improve their business, and I’m confident my extensive background lends itself to this goal.”

A Farleigh Dickinson University graduate, Del Duca has 32 years experience in real estate, holding a range of different positions — including his current post as office manager. He has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation for his expertise on technical subjects and on the fundamentals of real estate. His areas of specialization include management and training.

Along with NCJAR, Del Duca’s professional memberships include the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Realtors, Garden State MLS, and the New Providence Business & Professional Association.
